Fill your tour calendar with the right members.
Private business clubs, co-working spaces, startup incubators, and executive memberships all sell the same thing: a room full of the right people. Your future members are founders, executives, and business owners, and they’re on LinkedIn. We invite them, one by one, to come see your space for themselves.
Prospect list curation
We find the founders, executives, and business owners who live and work near your space, and who look like the members you already have.

Invitations to visit
Connection requests, InMails, and follow-ups go out from your membership director’s own profile, with one simple ask: come see the space for yourself.

Profile and content
We make your director’s profile the friendly face of the club, and post about your events and members so prospects see the community before they ever walk in.

Website retargeting
People who browse your membership pages and leave are identified and invited back, so curiosity turns into a tour.

The University Club San Diego
For about seven months, we ran outreach from the LinkedIn profile of the Club’s Director of Membership, Mitch Semon, to executives and business owners in downtown San Diego: connection requests, InMails, follow-ups in his voice, and posts about Club events. The result was about 30 tours and 15 new members. “Working with Startup Sales Shop helped us expand our reach and create meaningful conversations with prospective members. Their outreach felt authentic, generated qualified interest, and ultimately helped bring new members into the University Club community.” Mitch Semon, Director of Membership

Hi Jordan, congrats on the new office downtown! Our members are founders and executives who use the Club to work, host clients, and meet each other. Would you like to come by for lunch and a tour?
- JLJordan Lee
Hey, yeah, I would love to come in for a tour! I’ve walked past the building a hundred times. Does Thursday work?
- ARAlex Rivera
Thursday is perfect. I’ll put you down for noon and save us a table by the window.

Common questions
Is this a fit for co-working spaces and incubators?
Yes. If your members are founders, executives, or business owners, they’re on LinkedIn, and that’s where we reach them.
Whose LinkedIn profile do you use?
Usually your membership director’s. People join a community because of the people in it, so an invitation from a real person lands far better than an ad.
What’s the goal of the outreach?
A tour. Once a prospect walks through your doors, your space and your team do the selling.
What do you need from us?
A picture of your ideal member, access to the profile we’ll be optimising, and someone to welcome the tours we book.
